Through the public view of the Estonian National Museum’s document register, you can access the content of electronic documents that have not been recognised as information for internal use.
When searching for a document in the document register, click on the type of document you are looking for in the document tree on the left. This will open a search form where you can set the criteria needed to find the required document. After entering the known search parameters, click Search.
If you click Search without specifying any document details, a list of all documents of the selected type will open, arranged by registration date in descending order (newer documents first).
After clicking Search, either the registration details of a specific document or a list of registration details for the selected document type will be displayed.
By clicking on the details of a selected document, its main data will be shown. If no access restriction has been applied to the document, a file will be attached to the main data, and its contents can be viewed by clicking on the file name.
It is also possible to search for a document using full-text search by entering the keyword in the search field at the top of the page. The full-text search looks in the public view of the document register, not in the contents of the documents.
If the document you are looking for is not in the register, please submit a request for information.
