Let’s revive the nightlife of Tartu together!
On 26 January, the grand finale of the opening celebrations of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 will take place at the Estonian National Museum. While an unprecedented open-air rave takes place outside, we are setting up a long table inside, where you can engage in a variety of tableside activities – rekindling old friendships or igniting new sparks of passion. The possibilities are endless.
There will be a timeline of DJs, where Estonian legends representing different decades will take us on a musical journey through time with their favourite tunes. Eiki Nestor, Peeter Volkonski, Jüri Makarov, Heivi Saaremets, Paul Oja, Hannaliisa Uusma and representing the younger generation - Micaela S. Dancing is a must.
But wait, there’s more! Rene Liivamägi, a man who creates divine atmospheres with lighting, will concoct a magic potion especially for this night, which will turn the interior spaces of ERM (Estonian National Museum) into true poetry of the night.
Of course, all our exhibitions will also be open. The exhibition Right Body, Wrong Body? will be opened for the very last night. Exclusively, on the B-side of the museum, you can see something that no one has seen before – the installations of the exhibition Who Claims the Night? (the night exhibition will be opened for others on 17 February).
While the open-air rave outside is free for everyone, the indoor activities require a ticket (15/10 euros).
The inner party zone of ERM is open from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., and the party outside will go on until 3 a.m.
Ticket presale has ended! Additional tickets will be sold on the spot only in case of vacancies! Follow our Facebook channel and the screens on site.
Doors are open at entrance A.
Come to ERM on 26 January and let’s revive the nightlife of Tartu together!
