Tartu 2024 Opening: open-air rave & ÖÖ24 at ENM

Important information for tonight's visitors!
The afterparty following the opening ceremony of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 on 26 January is an unprecedented open-air rave in front of the Estonian National Museum. The inner party zone ÖÖ24 (Night24) is only with tickets.
So that we could all enjoy the evening, please take into account the following information.
In order for the outdoor rave of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 in front of the ERM on Friday, January 26, and the ÖÖ24 party inside the museum to go smoothly and pleasantly, we ask visitors to familiarize themselves with the organizational information in advance.
ENM is open for visitors from 10 AM to 6 PM. For ÖÖ24, the entrance A opens at 9 PM.

So that we could all enjoy the evening, please take into account the following information.

ENM is open for visitors from 10 AM to 6 PM. For ÖÖ24, the entrance A opens at 9 PM.
Programme
- Tartu 2024 open-air rave in front of ENM takes place from 9 PM to 3 AM and is free of charge. See the programme here.
- ÖÖ24 takes place inside the museum from 9 PM to 2 AM, on the B-side from 10.30 PM to 2 AM and is only for visitors with tickets. See the programme here.
- The museum shop is open from 9 PM to 11 PM.
- Entrance to ENM only through door A!
- Ticket presale has ended!
- Additional tickets will be sold on the spot only in case of vacancies! Follow our Facebook channel and the screens on site.
- Presale tickets will be exchanged for wristbands on the spot. If you visit ENM on Thursday or Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, you can exchange your presale ticket for a wristband at the A-info desk. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
- ÖÖ24 tickets are also sold in social media. Be careful when buying tickets from strangers and make sure the transaction is valid before making the purchase.
- The open-air rave in front of ENM’s entrance has room for everybody. Come and enjoy good music, company and an awesome party!
- We recommend coming to the party on foot, by bike, by public transport or sharing a car with family and friends.
- During the Festive Procession, from 8.20 PM to 9.30 PM there will be brief traffic halts (10–15 minutes) along the stretch from Vene Circle to Puiestee Street and from Puiestee Street to Muuseumi Road. In case of the latter, the lane meant for traffic entering the city will remain open. More information on the website of the city of Tartu.
- On 26 January the city bus lines are free of charge for everyone!
- Additional buses operate for free during the Tartu 2024 afterparty at ENM from 8 PM to 3 AM (line 24A ENM-Lõunakeskus-ENM, line 24B ENM-Annelinn-ENM, line 24C ENM-center-ENM). Detailed bus information at the Tartu City home page.
- The lines operate on a free schedule with approximately 30-minute intervals.
- All buses depart from the inner parking lot of ENM (in front of the A entrance).
- Please note that parking is limited during the evening.
- Near ENM, parking lots A ( temporarily closed from 7 PM to 9.30 PM), B, C, and Tartu Snow Park’s parking lot will remain open. These parking lots are free of charge.
