The photo exhibition in Raadi Water Tower introduces the Raadi area on the border of Tartu city and rural municipality. Since ancient times, Raadi has been the center of cultural and economic life as the heart of the manor, in the 20th century it was home to the collections of the Estonian National Museum and then to the military aircraft of the USSR. In the 21st century, the further development of the Raadi region is guided by the new building of the Estonian National Museum.
