The Conference Centre of the Estonian National Museum offers high-quality conference services tailored to the client’s needs. We have both the technology and skills to offer an end-to-end service for organising demanding hybrid events.

The Estonian National Museum’s technical team offers event production services. The organisation of every conference at the Estonian National Museum begins with determining the client’s needs and wishes as well as a technical consultation. We help you select a suitable broadcasting platform, provide you with a technical team and prepare a schedule. The consultation includes a review of the presentation formats forwarded to us, English-language technical support for presenters from around the world in the case of a hybrid conference (via Zoom), etc.

Online broadcast of conference – sample package I, price: 1800 euros / day
The event takes place on site. The broadcast is viewed by up to 100 participants
A broadcast using two HD cameras in a virtual environment of the client’s choosing

The event takes place on site and is broadcast online in real time.
