At 350€ what does the conference fee include?
The fee of 350€ (from 25th March 450€) includes, in addition to the conference program on the 5th-7th May, the gala and pre-conference tour on May 4th and post-conference tour for one delegate on May 8th.
How many people from one museum can attend the conference?
The number of participants per museum is not limited.
Do representatives of nominated museums have to pay a participation fee?
Yes, those who register for the conference from nominated museums must also pay the 350€ fee (from 25th March 450€).

Does the conference offer help organising travel to Estonia?
Travel to Estonia is organised by the participant.
Travel from Tallinn Airport to Tartu?
There are regular buses between Tallinn Airport and Tartu. Buying a bus ticket from T-Pilet webpage early is highly recommended. The buses are very comfortable with Wi-Fi and personal entertainment systems. Buses leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes 2:25 mins.
NB! Please be sure to select Tallinn Airport as your departure point and Tartu Bus Station as your arrival point. Tickets cost 8€ to 15€, depending on the day and time.
If my plane is late, or arrives late at night, what will happen?
A conference bus will leave Tallinn Airport for Tartu at 00:30 on the 3rd and 4th May. If it is feasible for you to use this bus, please let us know by writing to emya2022@publicon.ee.

How can I get back to Tallinn?
Tour buses for those participating in the post-conference tour on Sunday, 8th May, will leave from the conference hotels. One bus will drive back Tartu after post-conference tour.
Those who not participating can use public transport from Tartu bus station to Tallinn. You can buy bus tickets from the T-pilet website. Buses stop at the airport before going to the bus station. In addition, it is possible to travel by train, tickets are available at www.elron.ee. Please note that we recommend departing from Tartu at least 5 hours before your flight (bus travel time 2:25 mins, train travel time 1:55 mins to 2:20 mins).

What are the transport options in Tartu? The Estonian National Museum is 2 km from the Town Hall Square. You can walk to the museum, use public transport (buses number 7 and 25) or use electric bicycles (Bolt, Bicycle Circle).
Additionally, special EMYA2022 buses will be available before and after the conference program going from the museum to the Town Hall Square and the bus station (with the exception of the reception on 6th May at the University of Tartu Museum). Do I have to book accommodation myself?
The conference partner Publicon OÜ has reserved rooms for EMYA 2022 guests in various hotels in Tartu. We recommend that you book these rooms directly on the conference website. You can also book a suitable place yourself using other booking systems.
